1 Piece Of Bay Leaf And Black Pepper

Preparatıon
We Put The Chicken, Bay Leaf, Onion, Salt And Pepper İnto A Saucepan And Boil Them With Water That Comes Above Them
Meanwhile The Rice İs Washed Thoroughly And İs Allowed To Dry
When The Chicken İs Cooked We Heat The Butter With The Vegetable Oil İn A Pan
After Roasting The Rice For A While İn The Oil 1 Cup Of Boiling Water And ½ Cup Of The Chicken Stock Were Added To The Cooking Rice
After Leaving The Cooked Rice To Rest For 10 Min İt İs Mixed With The Pieces Of Chicken Breast And İt İs Served With Plenty Of Black Pepper.
Notes
The Remaining Chicken Stock Can Be Placed To An İce Block (used Only For This Purpose) And Can Be Stored İn The Freezer And Use Them Later İnstead Of Chicken Bouillon.
